Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This site, theterritorybixby.com, is operated by GRID Real Estate (“we,” “us”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a home-value request, a listing-alert signup, or a contact message — we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, and property address. If you ask for an instant home estimate, we send the address you enter to our valuation service to return an estimate; we do not sell that address.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request — to prepare a valuation, send you listings you asked for, or answer your message — and to follow up with you about buying, selling, or renting a home. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Text messages
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive texts from GRID Real Estate at the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP for help. Opting in to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you’ve submitted at any time by contacting us at the phone number below. We keep your information only as long as needed to help you or as required by law.
